Artists Need to Know:

·         Please remember that your artwork is your responsibility the night of the show.  If your piece sells, the buyer is expected to take it at the end of the night.  Otherwise, it is up to the artist to make special arrangements with the buyer.  If your piece does not sell, you must take it with you at 10:00 PM when the show closes.  Untitled cannot be responsible for any artwork left behind.  If someone else is taking your work home and your work is sold, that person is then responsible for communicating with the sales table and buyer.

·      The Untitled volunteers at the sales table will facilitate purchases.  Untitled charges no commission, but please remember that if your piece is purchased on a credit card, a credit card company fee will be deducted from your payment for your piece.  If the buyer has paid cash or has written a check to you, you can pick up your payment during the show on Friday night.  If the buyer has paid with credit card or a check made out to Untitled, you may pick up a check at a subsequent Untitled meeting.  We will facilitate purchases as much as possible, but if your piece sells, it is your responsibility to make sure your piece gets to the purchaser at the end of the evening.  The sales table will collect contact information from your buyer in case you need to get in touch with them after the work has sold.  Any questions about sales should be directed to info@untitlednashville.org.

·      Please check in at the sales table to pick up your artist badge as you arrive at the show.  Your badge will help us connect you to potential buyers.  If you leave during the show, please check out with the sales desk so we don’t go looking for you when some patron wants to meet you. 

·     Untitled reserves the right to choose not to show any artwork that has hung in an Untitled exhibit in the past year.

·     Though we make every effort to treat your work with care and respect, Untitled bears no responsibility for any damage to your artwork.  If you have any concerns about your piece that you have not already addressed with the hanging crew, you are invited to come and install your work yourself during the installation time.

·    If you loan coolers, tools or any other items to the group for use during the show, please be sure to label them with your name and telephone number, and to take them home with you at the end of the night.

·    Although exhibiting artists are not required to volunteer for every show, we do need lots of help to get shows hung, run, and cleaned-up.  Please sign up to volunteer before you go – we really need you!!

·     If you did not bring something to contribute to the refreshment table with you to the drop-off, please bring something (wine, soft drinks, snacks, etc.) to the show on Friday.

I have read the “Artists Need to Know” sheet, and I have left my work with Untitled to be included in the current show.  I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my work at the end of the show.
