GROUP’S 2008 FALL ART SHOW "NAKED CARNIVALE" at Diamond
Sound Studios in

This
free, one-night-only art event unmasks on Friday, September 19th
from 6 to 10 pm at Diamond
Sound Studios in
Metro
Center

). Revelers at NAKED CARNIVALE will be awed and amused by the
ingenuity of up to 125 established and emerging
Nashville
visual artists, who lay bare their wildly exciting and
dramatically crafted collection of cutting edge work in a wide
variety of mediums.
Strip
away a humdrum work week -- grab fellow merrymakers, bedeck in
festive toggery and whoop it up at NAKED CARNIVALE.
Attendees are encouraged to wear masks and
costumes.
Prizes will be awarded to the most festive party goers.
Prize

NAKED
CARNIVALE is a unique event where you can reveal your alter ego
and enter into some games of chance.
While you’re taking in the art, you can also indulge in
performances and entertainment such as jugglers, music, dancers,
and more festivities.

Affordable Art area to discover and purchase a variety of small
works by participating artists.

Diamond Sound Studios is proud to partner with Untitled and
support the Nashville
art community by hosting NAKED CARNIVALE. Diamond Sound Studios is
a new rehearsal complex near downtown
Nashville
offering private rehearsal studios with 24-hour access, CCTV
cameras, comfortable heating and A/C, wireless internet, Keycard
access, deadbolt doors, and more. Rehearsal studio rental is by
hour, day or month. Studio space is also available for artists,

Travel
North on Metro Center Blvd. (Rosa Parks Blvd aka 8th Avenue North
becomes Metro Center Blvd. at I-65).
Turn Right onto Vantage Way just past I-65.
Follow Vantage Way until it turns into Cumberland Bend.
Abundant Parking available.

and parking at NAKED CARNIVALE are free, and the public is invited
to step right up!

UNTITLED
UNTITLED
Nashville
has pioneered the burgeoning regional art scene for more than 15
years. Comprised of several hundred artists, Untitled launches new
artists into the community and presents local collectors and
appreciators with the best of
Nashville
’s cutting edge art. UNTITLED members include staff and
exhibiting artists from Zeitgeist, Dangenart, Plowhaus, Twist
Gallery, and (fov) gallery. UNTITLED members also include
art faculty, students, and graduates from Watkins College of Art
and Design, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, Savannah
College of Art and Design, Florida Atlantic University, Lipscomb
University, TSU, Fisk University, MTSU and many other fine
institutions.
UNTITLED
is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting artists,
reaching new art audiences, and offering alternative visual arts
experiences in the Nashville community. The group's meetings and
shows provide opportunities for artists to connect, collaborate
and learn from each other. All artists at all levels and in all
media are invited to attend weekly meetings every Wednesday at
7:30 p.m., and to participate in quarterly exhibitions as well as
the group’s annual glow-in-the-dark fundraiser “The Glow
Show.” The deadline for artists to register
for NAKED CARNIVALE is Sunday, September 14th. New artists are
